What will happen, if You’re Lacking With Vitamin D?
Doctors or physicians have told us that we must intake multiple types of vitamins and mineral resources everyday!
Based on the latest health survey, there is less than 25 percent of the United States’ citizens who taking the vitamins as recommended by the USDA! The even shocking news was there is more than 80 percent of elder citizens are at least lack with one or more vitamin!
Did you know that when you’re lacking with Vitamin D, you might have the chance of getting affected with Osteoporosis? Yep, most people thought that Osteoporosis is caused by the Calcium deficiency, but they didn’t know it has something to do with the Vitamin D deficiency as well!
Normally, Vitamin D can be produced naturally in the body through the exposing under sunlight. Or, you can get it from the dietary sources, such as eggs, fortified milk or cod liver oil.
The lacking of Vitamin D can weaken the bones, and leading to fractures. This problem is mostly happened in post-menopausal women. Hence, doctors are usually recommended women to consume Vitamin D tablets regularly to avoid the Vitamin D deficiency problem!
